This also makes it the broiler of choice for melting cheese, browning and finishing a wide range of menu items including Italian and Mexican specialities. The broiler grid is also convenient to use as it is spring balanced and height adjustable between four locking positions. For easy loading and unloading the grid rack assembly rolls out a full ten inches and the full width drip tray pulls out for quick cleaning.
